LUNAW – Warranty Policy
1. Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage
We build LUNAW for longevity. When purchased directly from LUNAW Singapore, your unit is protected against manufacturing defects for a full two years.

2-Year Main Unit Warranty: Covers the motor, digital weight system, and structural frame against manufacturing faults.

1-Year Accessory Warranty: Covers attachable accessories, including: cables, handles, ropes, bars, carabiners, straps, the bench, and the Bluetooth controller.

Coverage Start: The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will provide the necessary replacement parts and, if required, guide you through the repair process or arrange for a technician.
2. Warranty Registration
To activate your coverage, you must have a valid proof of purchase (Order Number).

Automatic Registration: If you bought directly from our official website, your warranty is automatically registered to your email address upon delivery.

Serial Number (S/N): Please do not remove the Serial Number sticker on the back/bottom of the machine. If the S/N is illegible or missing, we may be unable to verify the unit's authenticity.
3. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)
Our warranty covers defects, not damage caused by usage. The following are excluded:

Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or paint peeling that do not affect performance.

Misuse: Damage caused by dropping the weights/bar, "ego lifting" beyond the machine's capacity, or using the machine outdoors.

Unauthorized Repairs: Any attempt to open the motor housing or modify the internal electronics without our instruction will void the warranty.

Commercial Use: This warranty applies to residential use only. Using the LUNAW station in a commercial gym, paid studio, or public space voids the warranty.

Second-Hand: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
4. Accessory Replacement Process (No Store Visit Required)
Since we operate as a direct-to-consumer digital brand, we do not require you to travel to a service center for accessory swaps.

Step 1: Send a photo/video of the broken accessory to our WhatsApp Support.

Step 2: Once approved, we will mail a replacement unit directly to your home.

Note: For small accessories, LUNAW covers the cost of the item, but may charge a nominal delivery fee for the courier service.
5. Out-of-Warranty Support
We believe in the "Right to Repair." Even after your 2-year warranty expires, we won't leave you stranded.

Spare Parts: We stock essential replacement parts (motors, cables, screen modules) in Singapore.

DIY Tutorials: We provide video guides for common maintenance tasks (e.g., cable tensioning) so you can keep your machine running cheaply.
6. Authenticity & Grey Imports
LUNAW Singapore is the sole authorized distributor.

Authorized Units Only: Warranty and repair services are strictly reserved for units purchased directly from LUNAW Singapore.

Grey Imports: Units purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers (e.g., unauthorized Taobao agents) are not eligible for support, parts, or servicing from us. We cannot verify the safety standards or voltage compatibility of these units.
7. Amendments
LUNAW reserves the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our services or products. The latest policy will always be available on our website.
